Summer's HERE!!!
Well it is August and here in Oklahoma, it's HOT HOT HOT! We have had temps of over 100 degrees
on a daily basis for the past few weeks now. Isn't that aweful?! I went shopping with my cousin, Trilby, last week and we
were parked at a Chili's Restaurant and my car temperature gage read over 108 degrees! That is mind boggling. Needless to
say the heat is keeping us inside quite a bit these days! I wanted to send a little album update to everyone. We have kind
of hit a bump in the recording of the album. Nothing big, just not a lot of recording going on. BUT! We are scheduled to go
in next week and get LOTS of work DONE! I am soon going to be laying fiddle tracks! *Thank ya very much. =)* In the middle
of the C.D. Sawyer and I are going to be heading out on our yearly trip!!! This year our destination is..... drum roll please......
New York City!!!!! We are SUPER excited about it! The crazy thing is that this isn't even a musically involved trip. It's
just for the heck of it! HA! No really, we do have a few music themed things planned in there so that will keep up
sane while not having our instruments for a week. We will be back the first of September so keep your fingers crossed for
us! I will try and get another update up after we get some more recording taken care of! May your air conditioners run at
a smooth and heavenly pace. HA! See you all SOON!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE!!!!!
Hello to one and all! I did not realize until just now that I haven't posted a journal entry on
this site since last December! That is aweful! I have posted several entries on both of my MySpace pages, so I hope you have
been over there and have kept up with us there! We have been super busy and are gearing up for an even busier summer! We are
currently right smack dab in the middle of the new album! We have had some amazing sessions and are very happy with the progress.
According to my calculations, we should be ready for a release in October. *give or take a little bit* Our tracking is coming
along a lot quicker that we were even hoping for, so that is speeding the process up pretty good! So do keep in touch.You
aare all so supportive and are keeping the anticipation for the new album going strong and we thank you for that!!!! Also,
check out our concert dates page! I just got through posting some new shows for the summer. We hope to see you at one of them!!!!!!!!

WOW!
I am having a hard time realizing that Christmas is a week from tomorrow! That is INSANE I tell ya! But exciting!!! =)
We are all very excited about Christmas around our house. With Kamryn being 5 years old this year, it has been a blast. Onto
some LL+LR news!!! Sawyer and I were in the studio last week. It was SO much fun being back in there. It was great to finally
hear some of our new material played back. It is always different hearing it on the other side of the microphone, but always
a great feeling. We are still planning on *officially* starting the album in January! It is kind of crazy thinking that it
is NEXT month! HOW AWESOME IS THAT! So stay tuned for all kinds of new studio news!

Hey Everyone!!!!!
I am so happy to have our official wesbite up and going again! I will try my hardest to drop by from time
to time and let you know how everything is going with us. I keep up with a more detailed blog on both of our MySpace Pages,
but will try to keep this page up to date with STUFF! =) For right now, everything is going really well! I hope you hopped
over to the *news* page for our exciting news about the next album! If not go on over and check it out. We are SO thrilled
to be going into the studio to start the work. Sawyer and I will be going in to lay all of our original material in a couple
of weeks. We can't wait to hear what our brand new instrumentals sound like on the other side. Well that's all for now! I
